What is Iron Yak Shilajit?
There are 5 types of shilajit; Lead, Copper, Silver, Gold, and Iron.
Each have unique properties and uses.  Iron is known as the 'powerhouse'.
The yak is the most powerful animal in the Himalayan kingdom, capable of moving mountains, and so, Iron Yak is the name given to the most powerful of the Iron type shilajit.

How To Prepare
Mix shilajit equal to a grain of rice into warm water, and drink.  Ideally consumed first thing in the morning.  >>Traditionally taken with a small amount of warm milk or honey.
