Why loose leaf vs bagged?
Three reasons.
1. Everyone is different. A 200 lb man may require 2x more tea base than a 100 lb woman to achieve the same results.
2. The tea is most effective when boiled for 3 min (see below).
3. A standard box of bagged tea makes 15-20 cups, our loose leaf provides 40 cups.

When is it best to take NST?
Traditionally used at the onset of illness, at the first sign of imbalance, weakness, or fever. It is also best consumed on an empty stomach, and especially good before bed*

How To Prepare
Bring 8-12oz of spring/ purified water to a boil and add 1 teaspoon (1-2g) of loose tea. Let boil for 3 minutes. Strain and cool with 1-2 cubes or ice/ cold water. Drink all at once.
